School is just around the corner, but before the kids get back into the swing of things come out to Westfield and enjoy a sample of homemade ice cream. On Sunday, Sept. 1 Westfield is open from 12:30 to 4:00 p.m. Help church some real strawberry ice cream at the D'Aubigny Inn. The activity starts at 1:30 p.m. and tasting should start at 2:30 p.m. (It will all depend on your muscle power!)
Join us also on Monday, Sept 2 from 12:30 to 4:00 p.m. The Village will also be open with crafts on the Bandstand starting at 2:00 p.m. Taking inspiration from our gardens we are using flowers as paint brushes to create an abstract design. There will also be lessons on folding a piece of paper into a butterfly. On both days the General Store is open with sweet treats and refreshing beverages. Admission for an adult is $12.00, a senior 65+ is $10.00, a youth 6-17 years is $6.50 and a child 5 and under is free. We also accept the Hamilton Conservation Authority Membership which allow 2 adults and up to 4 youth in for free for this event. Looking forward to seeing you on the last weekend of the summer.
