This Sunday, April 14, visitors will be treated to two pop-up activities. Volunteer, Glen, will be in the Mountsberg Church providing an engaging demonstration of long ago banjo techniques. If you are not too tied up with musical pursuits volunteer, Scott, will be at the Queen’s Rangers building tying knots. Make sure to stop by the General Store for a yummy treat from the candy counter or a homemade tea biscuit and old-fashioned soda.
We also want to take a moment to say THANK YOU to all of our volunteers who give so much of their time to make Westfield the place that it is in our community. Come out and say hello to the volunteers as we close out this National Volunteer Week.
Admission for an adult is $12.00, a senior is $10.00, a youth 6-17 years is $6.50 and a child 5 and under is free. We also accept the Hamilton Conservation Authority Membership pass.
Visit us this Thursday, April 18 from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. at John Seaton School for their School Open House. We look forward to being part of this community outreach.
