It's hard to believe, but the last of the fall colours are now showing at Westfield. Many of the trees have lost their bright coloured leaves to make a colourful blanket on the ground. Join us this coming Sunday, October 14 from 12:30 to 4:00 p.m. for our third last Sunday of the season. Some of the buildings that are planned to be open include the Early Settlement Area, Lockhart Farm House, Blacksmith Shop, Blacksmith House, Boot and Harness Shop, Mountsberg Church, Tailor Shop, Spinning and Weaving Shop, Print Shop, the School House, Dry Goods Store, Gillen House, Drug Store and Train Station. The General Store will also be open selling yummy treats including homemade tea biscuits, cookies, vintage candy and refreshments.
Admission for an adult is $12.00, a senior (65+) is $10.00, a youth 6-17 years is $6.50 and a child 5 and under is free. We also accept the Hamilton Conservation Membership pass which can be used for 2 adults and up to 4 youth. Parking is free. We hope to see you at Westfield.
