Step by Step Reservation Guide

There are four tabs - select 'Maple Syrup Season'.

On the dropdown menu, select 'Westfield Heritage Village Conservation Area', arrival date and amount of people coming in your vehicle.

Select the time slot you want to make a reservation for.

Review details and confirm. Confirm you've read and understand area information.

This section will ONLY show your reservation and parking fee. Later in the process you will verify your party size and add your HCA Membership pass information and receive your discount.

You must have an account to make a reservation. At this point you will need to sign in or create an account.

Read and review policies and confirm.

Confirm whether you will be present for your reservation or if you have booked for someone else. If you have booked for someone else, you will need to add their name and contact information.

Confirm party information.

If you are an HCA Member, enter your pass number. Westfield is included with your pass, but you're still required to pay the booking fee. You will also need to add your license plate.

If you are not an HCA Member, you will see your full total for parking (vehicle fee), per person fee and the reservation fee.

If you are an HCA Member your discount will be applied.

Confirm your account details.

Once you make and pay for your reservation, a confirmation email will be sent to you. You MUST show this email once you arrive for your reservation – a printed copy or digital copy on your phone are both accepted.
